HOW EMS WORK?

In earlier days, people used conventional methods of staying fit and healthy, and they worked for their health. However, in the present scenario, those methods will not work. That is why the need to devise new techniques for exercising and working out was felt. But to take advantage of EMS training, you need to know how Electrical Muscle Stimulation (EMS) works.

  • Firstly, the area of the body is chosen, where EMS training has to be performed. This area is selected based on muscle groups that need the most strengthening, stamina, and relaxation.
  • Once the area has been selected, our personal trainers bring in the EMS device and start sending impulses in that specific muscle group to produce physical movements. These simulations are the same as triggers from the brain to the nerve endings.
  • The electro-stimulation process starts once the impulses have begun the contractions in muscles. In both active and passive training routines of EMS training, this procedure is to be followed to train the body.
  • Once the training is complete, you are good to go.

You can visit our EMS personal training studio in Dubai to get the training services, or there is also a facility to train at home with our services. It is possible that you may not have prior experience doing EMS training, so it is recommended to go visit our Full Circle fitness studio.

Our EMS training from electro muscular stimulation works as therapy on your body to relax the tension from the muscles and strengthen them by curing any injuries.
